Hey it’s okay

After awhile you won’t feel the needles pain just go blank,

You can’t speak you say, well it’s okay I would’ve just ignored you anyways,

Shh don’t breathe time to hold your breath and count to three,

Hey it’s okay for today will be a rainy day as it will always be,

You feel like your drowning, here let me a stab your heart while the pain is still there,

Life is unfair as if it was a vacuum sucking the life from the air,

Like a car things eventually crash, making life stop,

And just as soon as the last pill takes effect,

You hear a voice slowly bringing you back.

 

Hey it’s okay

The pain is gone away but it will wait for you another day,

Regret fills your heart like that dark cloud is trying to pull you back down,

But hey it’s okay just look and see the happiness he brings,

He’ll keep away the pain but remember the devil’s still on your back,

Lingering like shadow eating away at you showing you that there shall never be a true escape,

Enjoy the little moments they say,

For each day will eventually fade away,

 

Hey it’s okay just close your eyes and pray,

I wish, I wish upon a star oh how I wonder who you are,

Lay on the ground and listen to the sounds,

Look to the sky and lose the never ending silent but loud thoughts,

Goodbye you forever screaming haze that locked me away keep your key and I’ll just walk away,

Longing for more hoping to not suffer like the shore,

Hoping for a sign that the evil demon stopped draining your life,

 

Hey it’s okay for that one day has came,

Another sliver of happiness just came your way,

You look at his face and see that he has just as much pain,

You smile and say it’s okay we can walk through together,

As if we were boat floating through the sea slowly making patches so we no longer sink,

 

Hey it’s okay for life now is no longer bleak,

Some days are rough like velcro but those others well they’re like sweet songs whispered in your ear,

I have my little prince who is ever so brave,  

I’ve found my king who I thank because for it’s he that has brought me my other missing piece,

She will be my little princess that will light our way and together we shall sail away,

Even though the demon like devil still lingers near I won’t let him give me fear for I will keep sailing away from here and with my kingdom by my side I know how to fight,

So long for now but hey it’s okay for I am stronger now so don’t you fret I’ll keep you near so you could have listen in another year..
